Added XO-1 OOT for 20080413 by Gary (AZ). It's one of the most precise
amateur LCs and since
it was made when a transit did not happen
it can be used to assess what amateurs are capable
of for the goal of searching for small depth
transits. The RMS for 2-minute averages is 1.5 mmag,
so 10 minute data chunks should exhibit
~0.7 mmag RMS. Any transit lasting 3 hours could
be analyzed using 1-hour data groupings exhibiting
0.27 mmag SE, assuming systemtics are removed (which
looks possible for this LC). In other words, transit
depths as small as ~0.8 mmag should be detectable at
the 3-sigma level using amateur LCs taken under ideal
sky conditions with a 14-inch telescope and a blue-blocking
