This web page shows the moon's terminator movement during a 1.9-hour
interval. The images were made on the evening of 2007.05.23 when the
moon was almost first quarter.

Figure 1. Overview showing area of next image. (This image
was taken in 7 years earlier, when the phase was ~1 day later
than the phase for the rest of the images.)
Figure 2. Image of 11x17 'arc region on first quarter
moon. Greatly reduced in size to fit on one web page view (the last
image on this web page is a full-scale version of this one).

Figure 3. Three regions where following figures show terminaotr movement.
Figure 4. Rregion "A" showing terminator movement during a 2-hour interval. Crater above center is "Cassini."
Figure 5. Region "B" showing terminator movement during
2-hour interval. The crater at top is Manilius and the rille closest to
the terminator is Hyginius Rille.
Figure 6. Region "C" terminaotr movement. The large crater in the center is Hipparchus and the one below it is Albategnius.

Figure 7. Full size view of Fig. 3. Resolution ~1.3 "arc, or 2.6 km (1.6 miles).
